“I wanted three windows painted, two at first floor level and a fairly big bay at ground level. I saw Mark’s details on a poster dropped through my letter box and gave him a call. He came and viewed the work to be done and sent me a quote within a few days. We fixed a date to commence. The work started on time and finished within the allotted time.
